Tycen Hanna
FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR
Tycen Hanna is a Texas-based real estate developer and investor specializing in large-scale residential, multifamily, condominium, mixed-use, and commercial development.
After beginning his real estate career in Kansas, Tycen expanded into Texas and has since built an extensive development track record across South Texas. His experience includes the development of more than 1,000 residential lots, major multifamily communities, commercial retail projects, and a growing pipeline of multifamily, condominium, residential subdivision, mixed-use, and commercial developments.
Tycen operates as a full-cycle developer, overseeing projects from the initial identification and acquisition of land through feasibility, financing, design, development, construction, and final disposition or long-term ownership.
He is directly involved in land acquisition and due diligence, financial feasibility and underwriting, site planning, entitlements and municipal approvals, engineering and architectural coordination, project capitalization, investor relations, construction management, and overall project execution.
His hands-on development experience extends across both horizontal and vertical construction. On the horizontal side, Tycen works closely with engineers, municipalities, utility providers, contractors, and subcontractors to coordinate infrastructure including drainage, water and sewer systems, utilities, streets, site preparation, and other civil improvements. On the vertical side, he oversees the design and construction process through completion and delivery of the finished asset.
Tycen also works directly with banks, private investors, and strategic partners to structure project financing and investment opportunities, combining the financial side of real estate development with hands-on construction and operational experience.
His development philosophy is centered on controlling and understanding the entire lifecycle of a project—from identifying the opportunity and assembling the right team and capital structure to delivering a completed asset positioned for sale, lease, refinance, or long-term ownership.

Natalie Yerushalmi has been a successful real estate entre-preneur for the past 7 years. She has raised funds and com-pleted multiple projects in both Kansas and Texas.
In the past, Natalie served as the CEO of a large nursing com-pany in Israel with many years of experience in taking small i companies and building those companies into very large and successful companies. She has many years of experience in managing and operating companies in Israel.
Today Natalie serves as a mentor in Project X, a very presti-gious real estate study program.
Natalie has taken her knowledge, skills, and experience to manage a successful real estate company in the United States together with Tycen.
Assaf Kehati
MANAGING PARTNER & INVESTOR RELATIONS
Assaf has resided in the USA since 2007 (recognized talent by the US Government) and has worked in real estate for the past 6 years. He has successfully completed well over 100 projects, including land development, house flipping and new construction, generating wealth for over 80 investors.
In addition, Assaf professionally advises individuals and companies on real estate, business, and personal development. Assaf has a Bachelor of Business degree with honors (majoring in finance), and a Master of Music (featured in newspapers, radio and TV worldwide).
With his creative and mathematical skills, Assaf brings a unique approach to his projects, executing meticulous business plans, with emphasis on clear communication, respect and innovation, to build strong relationships with his investors.
YACKOV GIDALI
PARTNER
Yackov (“Yaki”) brings over 15 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, and business development. Throughout his career, Yaki has overseen the funding & investor relations during acquisition, management, and disposition of hundreds of properties across multiple markets.
Yackov is also a Co Founder and member of the Capitalis Partners Fund Investment Committee.
Before founding Capitalis Partners, Yaki held roles at leading financial institutions. Yaki holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Management from the College of Management in Israel.
Diana Izaguirre
ENGINEER & DEVELOPER
Diana Izaguirre is a distinguished civil engineer, land developer, and entrepreneur whose career has contributed to the growth and development of South Texas.
A graduate of Texas A&M University–Kingsville with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Diana founded Izaguirre Engineering Group LLC in 2007 and built the firm from the ground up. Under her leadership, the company has provided civil engineering, land development, and infrastructure services for projects throughout South Texas.
Beyond engineering, Diana has established a successful presence in real estate development and investment, bringing together technical expertise, business leadership, and a deep understanding of land development. Her professional experience includes managing multimillion dollar projects and participating in real estate developments that contribute to the continued growth of the region.
As an entrepreneur, Diana is recognized for her vision, determination, and ability to turn opportunities into successful ventures Her career reflects a commitment to excellence, innovation, and creating lasting opportunities.
Rafael Ochoa
Project Engineer
Rafael Ochoa is a Project Engineer with Izaguirre Engineering and a graduate of The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV), where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
His experience includes civil engineering design and field work for subdivisions, drainage improvements, and commercial and residential developments. In addition to design, he is involved in on-site project management and construction inspection, working directly with contractors and project teams to help ensure work is completed according to the plans and project requirements.
Rafael also has experience with land surveying and construction staking, giving him a strong understanding of field conditions and construction layout. His combination of design and hands-on field experience allows him to be involved throughout the project, from the engineering and planning stages through construction.
Miki Kenan
Miki is a highly-experienced real estate investor, that has accomplished numerous successful real estate in-vestments in past years, within and outside the U.S.
Miki is a former CEO of several major mid-to-large companies in Israel and has vast experience in con-structing residential homes alongside commercial ware-houses and retail counters.
Nowadays, Miki maintains an entrepreneurial activity as a real estate investor in Texas and recently joined the Elite Group as the team's business advisor.
Rodolfo Mora
