Tycen Hanna A successful real estate developer in Kansas and Texas. Tycen has owned and operated a real estate busi-ness for over 4 years doing single-family and multi-family new construction projects and large-scale land development projects.
In the past he was engaged in marketing and sales companies including a few startups.
Tycen independently managed a renovation and sales business in Kansas and is currently engaged in entrepreneurship, management, and fundraising for projects in companies shared with Natalie Yerushalmi and both together manage construction projects in Texas for entrepreneurial companies from other states in the US.
NATALIE Yerushalmi
OWNER & MANAGING DIRECTOR
Natalie Yerushalmi has been a successful real estate entre-preneur for the past 4 years. She has raised funds and com-pleted multiple projects in both Kansas and Texas.
In the past, Natalie served as the CEO of a large nursing com-pany in Israel with many years of experience in taking small i companies and building those companies into very large and successful companies. She has many years of experience in managing and operating companies in Israel.
Today Natalie serves as a mentor in Project X, a very presti-gious real estate study program.
Natalie has taken her knowledge, skills, and experience to manage a successful real estate company in the United States together with Tycen.
Assaf Kehati
MANAGING PARTNER & INVESTOR RELATIONS
Assaf has resided in the USA since 2007 (recognized talent by the US Government) and has worked in real estate for the past 5 years. He has successfully completed well over 100 projects, including land development, house flipping and new construction, generating wealth for over 80 investors.
In addition, Assaf professionally advises individuals and companies on real estate, business, and personal development. Assaf has a Bachelor of Business degree with honors (majoring in finance), and a Master of Music (featured in newspapers, radio and TV worldwide).
With his creative and mathematical skills, Assaf brings a unique approach to his projects, executing meticulous business plans, with emphasis on clear communication, respect and innovation, to build strong relationships with his investors.
Miki Kenan
Miki is a highly-experienced real estate investor, that has accomplished numerous successful real estate in-vestments in past years, within and outside the U.S.
Miki is a former CEO of several major mid-to-large companies in Israel and has vast experience in con-structing residential homes alongside commercial ware-houses and retail counters.
Nowadays, Miki maintains an entrepreneurial activity as a real estate investor in Texas and recently joined the Elite Group as the team's business advisor.
Diana Izaguirre
ENGINEER & DEVELOPER
Diana Izaguirre, a successful land developer, graduated in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, Kingsville. She founded Izaguirre Engineering Group LLC in late 2007. As an Engineer she has managed and worked on Multi-Million Dollar projects state wide. Diana's expertise extends further as a real estate investor. She has engaged in multiple real estate developments. Utilizing her smart and effective strategies combined with 16 years of experience she is able to best deliver an exclusive high level of service to her clients.
ARMANDO A MARTINEZ
BUILDER & DEVELOPER
Armando is from Weslaco Texas. Bachelor of Science degree from the Univesity of Texas-Pan American in Edinburg. And his Masters in Public Administration from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. Currently a Law Student at the St. Mary's University School of Law.
He was elected into the Texas Legislature in 2004 and officially sworn in for his first term in the 79th Legislative Session, on Januarry 11, 2005. Currently serving in his 20th year in the legislature serving on the Appropriations Committee and is the Vice Chair of Culture Recreation and Tourism. Mr. Martinez owns a business since 2012, M-5 Texas Enterprises, LLC. M-5 Texas Enterprises, LLC is a general construction and consulting company. As the Owner and President of M-5 Texas Enterprises, LLC he has served in many capacities and has experience in construction management. Mr. Martinez runs the day to day administrative operations and financial portion of the business.
Rodolfo Mora

A succesfull constructor and builder for over 15 years. With experience in building single and multi family homes. And as a real estate investor .
